Seniors Card Members Survey

This survey is to gather information from Northern Territory Seniors Card Members on levels of satisfaction with the program during 2025 and ideas for improvement with the NT Seniors Card program.

• The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
• The first 40 Members to complete the survey at the Darwin Seniors Expo on Saturday 27 June will win a free Deckchair Cinema ticket to watch a film of their choice.
• All participants who complete the survey are automatically entered into a draw to win a $100 VISA.
• Survey closes 1 August 2026. The winner will be notified by email / phone.
