1. NT Seniors Card website terms of use

Welcome to the NT Seniors Card website which is presented by Council on the Ageing Northern Territory Inc. for the purpose of disseminating information about the NT Seniors Card program. The website is managed by Council on the Ageing NT.

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the website, the content of the website, and any material accessed through the website. In these Terms of Use, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the user or viewer of the website or the user of information contained in, or accessed through, the website (Information).

By accessing or using this website, you are deemed to accept these Terms of Use which, together with our Privacy Statement (see “Privacy Statement” link in the footer of this website), govern the Council on the Ageing NT’s (also referred to as COTA NT) relationship with you in relation to this website.
