40 years ago… the Jape family made the bold decision to get into the furniture business in the Territory selling gorgeous timber furniture made locally. Back then all Jape used a small empty space in the city and every time someone else wanted to use it we would shuffle to the next one. Fast forward to today and Jape is proud to have a team of more than 25 Territorians running our 4000m² permanent display room and a huge vareiety of designer furnishings made for the Territory.

It’s safe to say that after 40 years in the business Jape know a thing or two about furniture. Most importantly though, they haven’t forgotten their roots! They know the Territory is unique which means style, comfort and excellent quality that can withstand the NT climate is a priority.
