Float Therapy
What is it - A mini pool (no lid- not a float pod) with 1000L of water and 400kg of Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate). You will float effortlessly in a salt bath for 1hr. Multiple music and sound options to suit your preferences. The rooms are private and equipped with showers.

Infrared Saunas
What is it - a private sauna room equipped with a shower. You set the temperature, set the heat spectrum and choose from multiple colour light therapy options. Infrared lamps will penetrate heat 1.5 inches deep into your body. It is a dry heat from electromagnetic energy (no steam).
