How do I register my Seniors Card to receive the MVR discount?

To receive the discount of $55 off your car registration you need to provide your seniors card number to MVR prior to paying your registration, this should only need to be done once when you first get your card.

• MVR prefer that members register their seniors card number in person at a local MVR office (find your nearest office here). However, you can call on 1300 654 628 to speak to them if you have difficulty attending one of the offices.
• If you try to renew your motor vehicle registration online or over the phone before providing your seniors card number to MVR the discount will not be applied and you be required to pay full price for your registration.
